Chocolate Covered Strawberries recipe for Valentines Day

So you stand there wondering what to get the better half for Valentine’s Day, when he was late in the evening on February 13. You ask yourself, “What can I conjure up a few hours and only (check purse) $ 20?” She’s going to kill you.

Quickly learn through the Instructorless site does not give the sign of the strawberries in chocolate, so I decided it was long overdue. Now I know that this dish was covered elsewhere on the Internet, and I admit that many years ago it was where I learned it myself, but over the years, I developed a few tricks to make the whole process much easier.

This is a dish that absolutely anyone can do. Many of the necessary elements you already have on hand if you have a kitchen, and those items that you do not have, most likely, is perishable. Before I begin, I must also point out that this dish is suitable for most any other holiday, but they taste so good that your significant other will ask you to do even sooner than you think!

How to prepare?

The reason your chocolate becomes grainy, because you leave it on the stove too long! Once the chocolate is melted remove pan from heat and set it on the heat-resistant hot-site, so as not to burn your counter. Hot water will keep your chocolate warm. You never have to melt the chocolate over boiling water or. Bring water to a boil and remove pan and add collendar, paper towels, a bowl with the chocolate and stir to melt. Better yet, use a double boiler pan, if you have one. They are very easy to do with glass or metal bowl set on top of boiling water. Just make sure the bowl of the same size or larger than the opening of the pot. Your bowl should not touch the hot water. You can always heat up the water, unless your chocolate starts to get too cold and starts to harden. The easiest way to temper chocolate to save a small handful of chips or a square in the side, and after the chocolate has melted add more chocolate to cool the chocolate and return it to the mood. I’ve done this for years and it works. I dip my fried pastry sprinkled with hazelnut chocolate, and then in chopped nuts.

You actually gave more chocolate now! With a simple form of candy you could make chocolate. Or just spread it on a sheet of wax paper and allow cooling for later use. Do not store in the refrigerator or the chocolate will bloom. Just let it cool and harden, then break into pieces to eat or leave the solid plate, your choice.

In addition, I would put some plastic wrap or wax paper on top foam to catch the drops. You can then use the drop, clearing them and retain them in the bag that you used to melt the chocolate. I’m not one to waste chocolate.

Incidentally this is not a serial cereal. Spell check would not have caught the error, because the word is spelled correctly, but it is not the right word for this item.
